Congratulations to Kate, Chris and Russ for their outstanding performance in the Nutmeg State Half Ironman! They placed second in the Relay division with a time of 5:33:33. For those who do not know, the Half Ironman consists of a 1.2 mile swim, a 57 mile bike, and then a 13.1 mile run. This course was particularly tough, especially the cycling portion.
